Due to our sales policies, all products listed in Dyrrahu Bookstore are well described with details and photos to maintain a high quality service. We are also very careful during the delivery process, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase at Dyrrahu Bookstore, we are here to help.
You have 7 days to return an item from the moment you receive it. The buyer is only entitled to exchange the product if he meets one of the following conditions:
- The item has different details or features than those described on our site
- The item is damaged or not working properly
- The delivery (shipping) time was longer than the time specified on our website
The buyer can change/exchange the item he received only in cases that meet all the following criteria:
- Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase at Dyrrahu Bookstore
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- The item may have its own warranty details in which case you have additional protection as specified therein
2.RIMBURSIMET
Under no circumstances do we offer a refund if the buyer requests a return of the item they ordered, only an exchange of the item.
3.NDËRRIMET
If you have purchased an item within 7 days, at your request we will collect the item from your location and then we will check that the item meets the above conditions for exchange. After that we will notify you immediately, and if your exchange is approved, we will start preparing the item you want to receive in exchange. This procedure may take 1-3 working days from the moment of your confirmation. If the other item is of higher value, you will pay the difference (item 2 – item 1) and the shipping cost. In any case you must pay all shipping costs during this process.
